Shipping Methods

Standard Parts

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. These carriers provide reliable service with full tracking capabilities. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Oversized Items (Sashes, Door Panels)

Oversized orders such as window sashes and door panels are shipped via motor freight. These deliveries are curbside only. The driver will call to arrange a delivery appointment. You are responsible for unloading and inspecting freight at the time of delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Expect 4-5 weeks for delivery on most parts and accessories

Many HURD parts are custom-made to order, which ensures you receive the exact replacement for your specific window or door. This quality-focused approach requires additional production time.

Important: Inspect Your Shipment

Before Signing: We ask that you inspect all shipments thoroughly upon receipt and prior to signing for delivery.

If You Notice Damage:

  • Refuse the shipment, OR
  • Receive with notation of apparent damage on the delivery receipt

Details of damage are helpful, but most importantly, noting that damage is recognized helps all parties when settling claims.

Small Packages (UPS/USPS): Please inspect for shortages or wrong items and report to us within 48 hours of receipt.
